Many players believe that the symbols they see spinning on a screen are "deciding" the outcome in real-time. In reality, the process is much faster and happens entirely on a secure server. When you select your bet and press the spin or deal button, your game client sends a request to the server.
The server instantly generates a result using a mathematical algorithm. This result is finalized the millisecond you click the button. The animation you see—the spinning reels, the sliding cards, or the bouncing ball—is simply a visual representation of a result that has already been decided. The animation exists for entertainment and suspense, not to determine the win.
Once the animation concludes, the server communicates the final outcome back to your device, and your account balance is updated immediately. There is no way to "persuade" a machine or time a button press to change the result, as the outcome is locked in before the first frame of animation even appears.
